Clear rules for when you can cancel a hunt and get your money back.

Flexible

Full refund up to 14 days before the hunt. 50% refund 7–14 days before. No refund under 7 days before.

Moderate

Full refund up to 30 days before the hunt. 50% refund 14–30 days before. No refund under 14 days before.

Strict

50% refund up to 45 days before the hunt. No refund under 45 days before.

Automatic refunds via HuntBooker

When you cancel within your policy's refund period, HuntBooker automatically refunds the amount you're owed to your original payment method. There are no hidden fees.

How to cancel

  1. Log in and open the booking under "Hunter overview".
  2. Click "Cancel booking". You'll see how much you get back under your policy if you go ahead now.
  3. Confirm the cancellation. The refund goes to your original card within 5–10 business days.
